Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we’ll explore your challenges by understanding who you are and the unique context shaping your life. Using Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we’ll examine how you view problems, your strengths, and the historical and cultural factors influencing your experiences. Focus areas include trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, identity development, and cultural awareness.

Child & Family Therapy

I approach therapy with children and adolescents through a systems lens, recognizing the influence of family, culture, and environment. Parent involvement is essential. We’ll focus on your child’s needs using developmentally and culturally appropriate approaches, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Family Systems to support their growth, resilience, and healing.

Group Therapy

I offer group services that foster connection, shared understanding, and collective growth. Groups focus on adoption and identity, anxiety, grief, loss, and cultural identity development. Within a supportive, therapeutic space, participants learn from each other, build coping strategies, and strengthen community. Each group is culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate, ensuring participants feel seen, heard, and empowered.
